1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using www.mkuzegamereserve.co.za (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by Dream Hospitality Operators (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa under number 2026/269499/07, with its registered address at 1 Chapman Drive, Old Main Road, Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, 4420 ("we", "us", "our").
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected network.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses, scraping at scale or running automated requests.
- Use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the information on the Site accurate and current — rates, availability, reserve information, wildlife notes and so on. However, content is provided "as is" and may change without notice. Quoted rates, opening hours, gate times and wildlife sightings should be confirmed with Central Reservations or Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife before you rely on them.
5. Wildlife & reserve disclaimer
Mantuma Camp is inside a Big Five game reserve managed by Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife. Wildlife is unpredictable and dangerous. We make no guarantee of specific sightings or experiences. You enter and remain in the reserve at your own risk and subject to Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife rules.
6. Third-party links
The Site contains links to third-party websites (Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife, iSimangaliso, BirdLife South Africa and others) for your convenience. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, video and source code — is owned by or licensed to Dream Hospitality Operators (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African and international copyright and trade-mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or publish any of it without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Wildlife and reserve photography may be subject to additional rights held by the photographer or Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife.
8. Enquiry submissions
Information you submit through the enquiry form is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. You confirm that any information you submit is your own (or that you have permission to submit it) and is accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct or as restricted by the Consumer Protection Act.
10. Suspension and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of South Africa have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to the Site or these Terms.
